Delivery delay – what now?

We make every effort to deliver your order quickly and reliably. However, in isolated cases, delays may occur, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your package at any time.
If you still have questions or your delivery is delayed, please contact us with your order number. Our support team will be happy to assist you.

Payment

How can I pay?

To protect your privacy, we only offer payments via cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT and LTC).

You can every broker where you have an account. We're using Bitpanda as an example only; ultimately, the choice depends on your personal preferences, such as fee structure or user-friendliness.

As mentioned above, for privacy reasons we do not accept direct bank or credit card payments.
To ensure maximum anonymity for both parties, we only accept payments via cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) or USDT.

Please first check if the payment has actually been sent from your wallet or broker account and no longer in the status "pending" at a hunt.

If the payment is no longer outstanding, please check whether you have full amount including transaction fee have transferred.
Some brokers, such as Binance, deduct the transaction fee from the transfer amount. If you only sent the exact order amount, this is likely the problem.
